We celebrated my partners 40th birthday with a night away at St Brides. From check in to check out it was absolutely perfect. Reception called me 2 days before the stay to see if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. They then upgraded our room from a cosy double to a superior king after I had disclosed the celebration. The room was gorgeous, the bed super comfy and a box of chocolates with a card had been left for my partner. The shower pressure was great and the amenities in the room were more than enough for us. We had booked 90 minutes in the Thermal suite and particularly enjoyed the steam room and the hydrotherapy pool. Overlooking the bay whilst relaxing in an outdoor hot tub was another highlight. I had booked the A la carte menu, food was delicious. There were plenty of options, we both ordered different dishes so we could try a bit of everything and all of the food was beautiful. It was lovely again in the morning at breakfast. We have already decided to book at least annually to stay as we had such a wonderful experience. It was our first time staying but it was so perfect we will absolutely be back again.

Myself and wife went to St brides spa on wet February day. We just went for the day the Reception staff at the spa Jane and Louise looked after us really well. As we had not booked and hoping to use the spa facilities and book a massage. Love the new outside sauna and hot tub that have been added since I last visited here. Eleanor was the lady who gave me my massage and I have to say it was the best full body massage I have ever had I have had quite a few over the years. Lovely Spa would definitely return. We did not use any other of the hotel’s Facilities this visit.

Our second day of a four night stay here. We are so pleased we came! The hotel is fabulous - beautiful room with terrace overlooking the sea. It doesn’t matter that the weather is cold and windy (well, it is the beginning of February). We booked an all inclusive package, and it’s such great value. Breakfast and dinner included, as well as 90 minutes in the spa complex each day of our stay. The dinner last night was top class, very fresh ingredients and attentive, charming staff. The team who work in the spa all do a fantastic job - they are friendly, cheerful and explained how to get the best out of our time there. Special mention to Jane and Elle, who explained the treatments and helped us book a couples massage for tomorrow. So happy we’ve still got three more nights here!

Wonderful stay at St Brides hotel and spa! Maya on front reception was very welcoming and sweet, she showed us up to our upgraded rooms that looked over the harbour! Breakfast was everything you could ask for fresh fruit, coffees, teas, pastries and full English breakfast. Would like to mention our waiter ( young man ) didn’t catch his name he said to us “is everybody happy” this is a saying of our late dad made us tear up happy tears, thank you! Spa was wonderful! outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna looking over the sea loved it! thank you to Louisa on Spa desk and Eleanor who gave our mum a relaxing full body massage.

A family birthday mid week stay. Six of us stayed for 2 nights, everything about the stay was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast and dinner was beautifully presented and tasty. All the staff were helpful, so friendly and kind. The spa and treatments were amazing, could have stayed all day in the spa. Special shout out to Eleanor Emily and Jane in the spa. Jane went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother in law, yo enable her to attend the spa and Emily gave me a much needed massage. St Brides has a lot to be proud of but by far what they must be must proud of is thier amazing, conscientious, kind, smiling and friendly staff. Top marks and thank you.

Awesome hotel. Amazing spa with beautiful views. Dinner was lovely. The Apple mousse was stunning as were the plant based "scallops". But the stars of the show are the staff. Everyone was lovely, friendly, helpful and warm. The little extra touches like complimentary chocolates and a card for my birthday were really appreciated.

Very nice hotel. Spa was brilliant, very relaxing and many amenities inside and out. View from hottub was spectacular. Room was a double, enough room for a nights stay, however if I was to stay longer I would opt for a large room. A room with a balcony is a must as the view of the sea really is beautiful, especially during stormy weather. Food in the restraunt is slightly pricey, however, for one night is acceptable and classified as a treat, especially the lobster in cheese sauce which was really lovely. I would definitely return as it was such a nice experience to relax.

I recently took the whole family out for breakfast at St Brides and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the time we left the service was absolutely exceptional. Everything was perfectly organised and the atmosphere felt warm welcoming and relaxed. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. There was something for everyone and all our dishes arrived promptly and cooked to perfection. It really made the morning feel extra special. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff who looked after us Keshav, Lola, Yenni and Miraj. They were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel genuinely valued as guests. It was such a great experience and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended!
